Hell Am I Doing?
I'll be rocking with Benjamin Sutin and his band Klazz-Ma-Tazz at the City Winery for the release party of their brand-new album "Meshugenah!" I'll be on the mic reviving an old tune of theirs! So come hang and let's get brunch-drunk, yeah? :D
If you wanna RSVP, the link to the FB event is right here! Can't wait to see you there!
Founded by violinist and composer Benjamin Sutin in 2014, Klazz-Ma-Tazz blurs the boundaries of labels and genres. New York Music Daily once described their music perfectly as "Epically Haunting Lynchian Klezmer Jazz."
Join us on Sunday, April 8th at City Winery as part of their brunch series (11am-2pm) as we celebrate the release of our 2nd album on OneTrickDog* Records: "Meshugenah". The album explores a mix of new original music and uniquely reimagined interpretations and arrangements of traditional secular Jewish music, catered to the nostalgically progressive audience of the 21st century. It is a musically metaphorical meditation, regardless of religion, race or creed, exploring and languishing the beautiful mystery of the unknown.
